2. Ownership of Everlasting’s Content: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, provided by Everlasting is the sole property of Everlasting. Users do not acquire any ownership rights and are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or exploiting the content without explicit consent. 
3. User-Generated Content: Users may contribute content to Everlasting’s platform. By submitting content, users grant Everlasting a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the contributed content within the scope of the platform. 
4. Trademarks and Logos: Trademarks and logos associated with Everlasting are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of these trademarks and logos is strictly prohibited. 
5. Restrictions on Use of Intellectual Property: Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any activities that infringe on Everlasting’s intellectual property rights. This includes reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the platform.

Arbitration Clause: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by arbitration, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall be conducted in Halkida, Greece in either Greek or English. The arbitration institution shall be chosen by Everlasting.
3. Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 
4. Venue for Disputes: The exclusive venue for any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be the courts located in Halkida, Greece. 
5. Waiver of Class Action: You and Everlasting agree that any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service will be conducted only on an individual basis and not on a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action basis.

2. Grounds for Termination: Everlasting reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to breaches of conduct or non-compliance with specified obligations. 
3. Process of Termination: Termination may occur with or without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Everlasting. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time by following the designated procedures. 
4. Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, users will lose access to Everlasting’s services, and any outstanding fees or obligations will become immediately due. Provisions related to intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitations of liability shall survive termination.

3. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold Everlasting harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of their use of Everlasting’s services.

1. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms of Service due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, and governmental actions. 
2. Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the user and Everlasting and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. 
3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
